Returns: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days to return your items for either a refund or a replacement.
Please contact us to find out if your TBS instruments are covered under our Warranty, so that we can further explore options to replace or repair the products. We have been perfecting our manufacturing practices for over 30 years and therefore take quality control very seriously. We will personally handle and review any defects that may arise and offer replacement of products accordingly.
Repairs: We have on-site group of skilled technicians ready to handle your dental instrument repairs. This group possesses over 50 years of combined instrument knowledge and can manage a wide range of repairs and refurbishing needs. If for some reason we cannot repair your instruments, we will replace them for you at no additional charge.
Note: Please clean and sterilize all instruments prior to sending them in for repair. All items should be shipped in a puncture proof package and by traceable means to prevent loss.
